Step One
Complete the
Online Application
Fill out all required information and submit online. If you do not have experience in any section, please write "NA".
Apply Now Takes approximately 15–20 minutes

Step Two
Send Verification
Documents
After submitting your application, email your verification documents to:
- Photo ID, Passport, or Green Card
- Social Security Number card / photo
- Void check (for direct deposit — optional)

Step Three
Background
Check
After we receive your application and verification documents, your background check will be processed.
Processing time
5–7 business days

Step Four
Orientation &
Start Working
Once your background check is cleared, VIDACARE will contact you to schedule orientation and help set up your work with a client.
