Our Caregivers
The goal of VidaCare is to have a reputation for hiring the highest caliber caregivers. We hire applicants that have at least two years of caregiving experience and that have certifications (e.g. Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Medical Assistants, Certified Caregivers, etc); many are also retired nurses and other professionals. We recruit, hire and fire so you never have to. Of course, we don’t want to fire someone who we’ve invested so much time and money to recruit. But, as you’d expect, if they don’t do a good job in your home, we remove them immediately.
Matching you with the right caregiver is an art, and we are very good at it. This is our profession and we are continually hiring caregivers for our new clients.

If you don’t want to deal with the liabilities of hiring a private caregiver, let us do the hiring, training, supervising and paying of your caregiver.
